I senaste numret av Personal & Ledarskap (nr. 12/2009) finns flera intressanta artiklar om ekonomi och HR. Eftersom jag länge varit intresserad av personalekonomi, och till och med har arbetat en period som VD på Nyckeltalsinstitutet, gläder det mig att tidningen lyfter fram just det här ämnet. Kanske kan uppmärksamheten återuppväcka intresset för personalekonomi? I en av artiklarna i tidningen ger professor Bino Catasús några goda råd till den som vill jobba med nyckeltal. Bland annat rekommenderar han att gärna använda nyckeltal som går att jämföra med andra och att tidigt fundera på mottagaren - vem ska ha siffrorna. Binos råd är kloka men jag vill gärna tillfoga ett eget: Ofta finns en övertro på att nyckeltal ska kunna ge "hela sanningen" och det är inte ovanligt att den som ser nyckeltalsresultat för första gången ifrågasätter dem på just den grunden. His office sex party story dropped out of the news and has disappeared. His show continues to draw viewers, Leno's faults have become noticable to his viewers. He doesn't listen to the answers, he has no follow up but can read a card. There is rarely conversation going on. Tiger Woods continues incredibly bad judgement calls. First he denied he was fooling around. Then he came clean, sort of, in a prepared statement. Every day a woman goes public, one can only imagine how many stay silent after seeing what those women are going through on radio shows, SNL and talk shows. Next he declares he will withdraw from golf. I can't express my full horror at this idea. If he played golf right now, the ratings would rival opening night of the Olympics.
